Guinness Storehouse
The Guinness visitor centre tells the fancinating story of the history of the Guinness brewery for over 250 years. You will receive a free drink in the highest bar in Ireland, the Gravity bar with fabulous views over Dublin City.
Dublinia
Dublinia is an exhibition that tells the story of medieval Dublin. The ground floor houses a large-scale model of Dublin around 1500 and a display of artifacts from Wood Quay.
Trinity College
Trinity college is open to the public and is in the heart of the city. It's a great place to relax, with it's cobbled pavements, trimmed lawns and fine buildings. Be sure to see the magnificent old Library which displays the Book of Kells.
The Old Jameson Distillery
The Old Jameson Distillery have guided tours that tell the long history story of Jameson Whiskey.
National Photographic Archive
The National Library of Ireland's photographic collection comprises approximately 300,000 photographs of national interest. Most of the collections are historical and give a facinating insight into times gone by.
Kilmainham Gaol
Kilmainham Gaol has been at the heart of Irish History for hundreds of years. It is Europe's largest disused prison. The leaders of the 1916 Rebellion were held and executed here by the British Army. There are guided tours available all year round.
Christ Church Cathedral
Christ Church Cathredral is one of Dublins oldest and largest landmarks. It has stood over the Citry for over 1,000 years. The Cathedral is a wonderful place to visit and has guided tours all year round. Be sure to visit the crypt. Cathedral visiting hours:

Dublin Castle
The centre of British rule in Ireland for 700 years. See the Old Walls of Dublin, State Apartments, and the treasury. At different times there are exhibitions on show and tours available
Temple Bar
Temple bar is the cultural quarter of Dublin city. It has many bars, cafes, restaurants, niteclubs, markets, hotels and music venues. In the summer months and most weekends temple bar is one of the livliest areas in the City. Most of the pubs have live music, playing a mix of traditional Irish music, rock, jazz and everything else inbetween.
